We Work for the Students Clause
In The LGBTQInnos School Union, you will often hear employees refer to the "We Work for the Students Clause," which is a clause in our articles of incorporation that explicity explains that no matter what is common public opinion, we work to provide the very best possible outcomes for our students. We do this based off of statistical or scientific-based evidence.
For instance, in many countries, corporal punishment is still considered acceptable in schools. However, scientific evidence has shown that corporal punishment does far more harm than good. Therefore, regardless of if the country's general public, or even LGBTQInnos parents "encourage" corporal punishment, we do not tolerate it within our schools.
