2020 Disney for Education Voucher

2020 Disney for Education Voucher was approved on January 14th, 2020 by former The Walt Disney Co. CEO Bob Chapek.

The voucher gave a whopping $1 billion to The LGBTQInnos School Union to spend on various things, such as school safety/security, classroom supplies, expanding curriculums, and building new schools.

After HB1557; otherwise known as the "Don't Say Gay" Bill, in Florida was passed, LGBTQInnos was hit by several hardships, and the voucher was expanded by another billion in July 2022. This expansion of the voucher went towards improving our Florida schools, increasing maximum capacities, and allowing more impacted LGBTQ+ youth into our Florida schools, camps, dorms, and homeless centers.
